Terms and Conditions

1. Acknowledgement & Acceptance of the Booking Terms and Conditions issued by The DJ Skribble Cruise/Atlas Cruise & Tours (TDJSC)

Set forth below are the Booking Terms and Conditions issued by The DJ Skribble Cruise/Atlas Cruises & Tours and applies to each guest on the cruise, as set forth by The DJ Skribble Cruise. By completing a reservation, guest knowingly agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms as stated below and as may be amended from time to time. Such modifications and amendments to have the same force and effect as those set forth below. Failure to accept The DJ Skribble Cruise Booking Terms and Conditions in the time frame and manner determined by The DJ Skribble Cruise/Atlas Cruises & Tours entitles The DJ Skribble Cruise to cancel Guest’s reservation without a refund.

2. Cruise Cost & Inclusions

• Included: Stateroom, pre-paid gratuities, taxes, and exclusive DJ Skribble events.
• Not Included: Airfare, ground transport, onboard purchases (alcohol, spa, excursions, etc.).

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Plans: Guests must manually submit payments by due dates (no auto-charges).
• Non-Refundable: Payments are only refunded if TDJSC or Royal Caribbean cancels the cruise.
• Late Fees: Missed payments incur penalties up to $50 per occurrence.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Guest Cancellations: No refunds.
• Name Changes: $75 fee (one original guest must remain).
• Transfers: $250 fee (new guests pay current rates).

5. Travel Documents

• U.S. Citizens: Passport strongly recommended (or birth certificate + government ID for closed-loop cruises).
• Non-U.S. Citizens: Valid passport required. Visa rules apply.

6. Onboard Conduct

• Minimum Age: 21+ to attend concerts/events. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by adult in same stateroom.
• Code of Conduct: Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

7. Travel Insurance

• Recommended: Guests may purchase any third-party insurance for coverage.
• Time-Sensitive: For pre-existing condition coverage, purchase within 21 days of deposit.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Not Responsible For: Third-party services, missed ports, or itinerary changes.
• Force Majeure: No refunds for events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
