Miami, Florida

Day 1 — Embarking in Miami, Florida

Past the art-deco neon of South Beach and the gleaming skyline of Brickell, PortMiami’s crown-shaped Terminal A welcomes you aboard the world’s largest cruise ship. Arrive early for a Cuban coffee in Little Havana or a stroll through Wynwood’s riot of street art before rolling your suitcase beneath soaring palm-lined roads to the ship. As Wonder of the Seas eases away from Dodge Island, the 305’s pastel towers fade into a fiery sunset — and your long weekend officially begins.

Evening Onboard
Once muster is done, claim a deck chair for sail-away DJ sets, race friends down the Ultimate Abyss℠ slide, then toast night one with robotic cocktails at Bionic Bar or live jazz drifting through Central Park. With 20-plus eateries and a high-dive AquaTheater show on tap, the ship herself is the first destination.

Day 2 — Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas

Royal Caribbean’s private island is equal parts adrenaline and idyll. Kick off at Daredevil’s Peak — North America’s tallest waterslide — before free-floating in Oasis Lagoon’s swim-up bar. Zip-line 1,600 feet above sapphire water or rise 450 feet in the Up, Up & Away balloon for a selfie with your ship framed by turquoise. Prefer chill? Nab a lounger on powder-soft Chill Island, or splurge on an over-water cabana at Coco Beach Club where a maître d’ delivers Champagne and lobster rolls straight to your hammock. One beverage package works both on board and ashore, so every Coco Loco is already covered. By 5 PM, the gangway lifts, leaving only the sunset glow of an unforgettable “Perfect Day.”

Nassau Lighthouse

Day 3 — Nassau, Bahamas

Candy-colored colonial facades, duty-free boutiques and the rhythmic thump of Junkanoo drums greet you along Bay Street. Trace pirate lore up the hand-carved Queen’s Staircase to Fort Fincastle, or dive into electric-blue water on a snorkel safari over coral gardens alive with parrotfish and eagle rays. Paradise Island’s Atlantis resort dazzles with aquariums, water-slides and the Caribbean’s largest casino—just a bridge ride away. Whether you’re hunting history, sun-loungers or Soca-fueled nightlife, Nassau serves it up with Bahamian flair from dawn till your 5 PM sail-away.

Miami

Day 4 — Disembarking in Miami, Florida

Wonder of the Seas is scheduled alongside by 6:00 a.m.; once U.S. Customs clears the ship (usually by 7:00 a.m.), guests exit in staggered groups. For smooth travels home, schedule flights no earlier than 12:00 p.m. from Miami International Airport (MIA) or Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL). Keep luggage with you on the final night for the “self-assist” early-bird exit, or use the color-tag system for a more relaxed breakfast before leaving the ship. Detailed disembark e-mails with baggage tags, times and transfer tips will arrive in your inbox well before docking—so your quick Bahamian escape ends as effortlessly as it began.
