What is the cancellation policy?

Due to contractual obligations, in the event of a guest cancellation, all monies paid up until that point are non-refundable. All guests are highly encouraged to protect their investment by purchasing travel insurance which ultimately could provide them with a reimbursement should the cancellation be for a covered reason. Guests also have the option of changing the name of their traveling companion. This change would be subject to a name change fee of $75.00 admin fee and can only be allowed if one original guest remains on the reservation. If both names have changed, the booking must be canceled and rebooked with the new guests’ names at prevailing rates.

Is there an age requirement? Are children allowed to sail?

Passengers must be 21 years or older on the date the ship embarks. Passengers between 18-20 are permitted to sail if they are accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older in the same or adjoining cabin. Guests who are 17 and under are welcomed onboard but not to any of our special events, and they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupying the same or adjoining cabin.

How do I make my reservation?

Reservations can be made online at Book Now page or by contacting our reservation department via telephone Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 pm EST, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.

What Type of cabin should I reserve?

The cabin you choose can make or break your experience. However, we have a team of reservation specialists ready to help and share with you the good, the bad, and the beauty of each cabin choice. Here is a crash course on the cabins aboard the Wonder of the Seas. There are 5 main cabin types: Inside, Ocean View, Neighborhood Balconies, Oceanview Balconies, and Suites.

Inside cabins are the lowest in cost and are the smallest in size. There is more than enough room for 2 adults or even 2 adults and 2 smaller children; however, you should know that you will not have a window to the outside. Inside cabins are ideal for those with motion sickness who try to stretch every dollar as much as possible or plan on spending little time in their room.

Ocean View cabins are similar to the Inside cabins regarding layout and size; the big difference is that these cabins offer a porthole or window (which does not open) to view the outside. This is beneficial when deciding what to wear based on the weather.

In general, balcony cabins are larger and offer spectacular views depending on the type you booked. Your cabin will include a private balcony with a small table and two chairs. Neighborhood balconies overlook either Central Park or the Boardwalk, limiting the amount of privacy in your balcony compared to an Oceanview Balcony. Oceanview Balconies have their balconies facing the ocean.

Suites are the biggest cabins onboard the ship. You can expect larger balconies and separate seating areas. They also come with various amenities and services unavailable to those in different cabin types.

You can view detailed descriptions for each Here.

How can I view and make changes to my reservation?

After you make your booking, it can be viewed Here. Some changes to your reservation can be done online; however, if you need any additional support, please don’t hesitate to call our Reservation specialists at 833-374-4293.

When should I arrive at the cruise port?

The Wonder of the Seas embarks from Miami, FL, on April 10th, at 4:30 pm EST. All guests are required to arrive at the pier no later than 2 hours before departure. Boarding on embarkation day typically begins at 10:30-11 am and will run till 2:30-3 pm EST.

If I’m flying, when should I schedule my flights?

If you have decided to fly in, we highly recommend you arrive the day before the cruise and schedule your return home on the day of disembarkation no earlier than Noon.

Can I bring alcohol on board?

Guests can only bring two 750ml bottles of champagne or wine per stateroom in their carry-on luggage. Bringing beer or hard liquor is strictly forbidden.

Can I bring bottled Water or soda onboard?

Guests may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Beverages may not exceed 12 (12 oz) cans, bottles, or cartons per stateroom. You can bring refillable bottles to fill up at drink stations.
